Does EyeTV Hybrid include an IR remote control?
Solution
The first shipment of EyeTV Hybrid did not come with a bundled remote, but it does have an IR receiver.
Separate EyeTV remotes are available now from our online store, to use with EyeTV Hybrid's IR receiver, if desired.
The current EyeTV Hybrid shipments should all have a remote in the box. If one is absent, contact Elgato Support so we can send you one.
Most Macintosh computers released since mid 2005 have come with an Apple Remote, that can be used to control Front Row and other applications. If your Mac came bundled with an Apple Remote, then it can also be used to control EyeTV.
