 Can I pause and rewind analog TV with EyeTV Hybrid?
Solution EyeTV Hybrid does have a Live TV Buffer - you can pause and rewind live TV.

For analog video, make sure you turn Timeshift on, in the EyeTV Devices Preferences.

When you are watching digital TV, then the video is pre-compressed by the broadcaster, so EyeTV can buffer the incoming stream with no difficulty.
