Solution EyeTV 250 Plus can only record one input at a time.

EyeTV 250 Plus has an analog cable-ready TV tuner (which also receives analog antenna), a S-Video input and RCA composite video and stereo audio inputs.

The Tuner input can also receive digital TV over antenna. The North American unit receives ATSC, and the International unit receives DVB-T.

You can only use one of these inputs at a time. The software can switch between inputs at will. When you schedule a recoding, you also are automatically (or manually) selecting a certain input to use.

For example, you can record from analog cable via the tuner at 8PM, and from a satellite receiver via composite at 9PM. EyeTV will switch from one input to the other, at the right time.
