 Where is my tracking number? What does fulfilled mean? (North America)
Solution Thank you for placing your order with Elgato.

Each business day orders are processed and approved by hand before being sent to our fulfillment house for shipping. This is what your fulfillment message indicates.

It is not a shipping confirmation and will not include a tracking number. This information will be sent in a third email at the end of the day, Pacific time, once your item leaves our warehouse.

Please note that tracking numbers are not available for shipments via USPS. This is an unfortunate limitation of this service.
