Solution Please note that your username and password for our support system is not the same as that of our online sales database or forum.

You cannot automatically use the sales login to create a support ticket or forum account - you will need to register again. You will only need to register once for each type of account.

You should be able to choose the same user name, email and password for each account (if you like), but you will have to sign up separately for each account.

If you need to change your email address in an existing user account, please do not hesitate to contact http://support.elgato.com with your request. Thank you.
