 I got an error that my EyeTV activation key has already been used
Solution We're sorry for this unusual error with our automated activation key upgrade system.

Please note that if you receive the message "activation key has already been used", it may simply be a mistake.

No new or refurbished Elgato device is ever sent out with an old EyeTV key. In all likelihood, you received this message as the result of a double-click on our submission button, when a single-click would have been sufficient.

Please do not hesitate to contact us about this error at http://tickets.kb.elgato.com/ and we will, of course, resend your download link and activation key information.
