Solution If you are using EyeTV 1 or EyeTV 2, then you are unfortunately ineligible for a free upgrade to EyeTV 3. You may purchase the latest version of this software here .

Unfortunately, neither EyeTV Lite purchases nor receipts from eBay and other auction sites are eligible for a free upgrade.

The EyeTV software is updated to a new full release every few years. These upgrades are available at prices reduced from the full software cost for users of the previous version. All intermediary updates (as from version 2 to 2.5.2 or 3 to 3.0.3, for example) of this software are available free of charge.
