Solution When Turbo.264 HD is first launched, a special QuickTime component is installed on your Mac, in this location:

Hard Drive/Library/QuickTime

In general, all applications are free to use the Turbo.264 HD QuickTime component, once Turbo.264 HD has been installed on your mac. Some applications may need to be slightly updated, so that they can call upon Turbo.264 HD via QuickTime.
