 How does Turbo.264 HD work with iMovie '09?
Solution Select a project from the iMovie library. Choose Export using QuickTime... from the Share menu, and then choose the Turbo.264 HD option from the Export pop-up menu.

Then, select your favorite preset (including Custom Presets) under the Use: menu.  The Options... button will reveal the same custom settings window as in the Turbo.264 HD software.
