Solution The following is more information about Elgato product compatibility with Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard.

EyeTV

EyeTV 3.1 and higher are compatible with Snow Leopard, with minor problems.

EyeTV Versions 3.0 through 3.0.4 are not compatible with Snow Leopard.

Please update to the latest EyeTV version (3.2.1 or higher) before upgrading to Snow Leopard.

To update to EyeTV 3.2.1, click here while EyeTV is running:

Note: EyeTV 3.2.1 is free of charge only for EyeTV 3 users!

EyeConnect

EyeConnect 1.6 and earlier crash on launch. EyeConnect 1.6.3 resolves this problem, and can be downloaded here.
