EyeTV Netstream Sat: No Service available
Solution
This error can appear during setup of
EyeTV Netstream Sat
, in the Auto Tune panel of the
EyeTV Setup Assistant
as well as the channels list of EyeTV. This issue has been investigated and a fix has been released in a beta version of EyeTV. This version is available for download at:
http://eyetvbeta.s3.amazonaws.com/eyetv35b15.dmg
Open the .dmg file, then drag EyeTV 3.5b15 from the disc image to your Desktop. Quit EyeTV if it is still running, then launch the beta version, and re-run the
EyeTV Setup Assistant.
If this version does not completely resolve the error, please contact Elgato Technical Support.
