Solution After EyeTV has finished Auto-Tuning all available satellites, in certain cases, not all possible channels are stored in EyeTV's channels list. This issue has been investigated and a fix has been released in a beta version of EyeTV. This version is available for download at:

http://eyetvbeta.s3.amazonaws.com/eyetv35b15.dmg

Open the .dmg file, then drag EyeTV 3.5b15 from the disc image to your Desktop. Quit EyeTV if it is still running, then launch the beta version, and re-run the EyeTV Setup Assistant. If this version does not completely resolve the error, please contact Elgato Technical Support.
