Solution If you start Auto Tuning for channels in the EyeTV software very soon after powering on EyeTV Netstream Sat - while the device is still configuring itself - EyeTV Netstream Sat may become unresponsive, and will need to be reset.

To reset EyeTV Netstream Sat to factory defaults:

1) Unplug the power cable from the EyeTV Netstream Sat.
2) Using a paper clip, press the Reset button on the back of the unit and hold it down.
3) While holding the Reset button, plug in the power cable.
4. Hold the Reset button until the LED blinks green.
5) Release Reset button

The device will now use the default factory firmware and settings.
