 What should I do if the HDHomeRun (2011, Dual) is not connected to EyeTV?
Solution If the HDHomeRun (2011, Dual) loses the connection to one or more Macs or PCs on your network, then please try the following steps:

1) Check all network connections. Make sure the cables are still connected, and that any DHCP servers on your network are still active.

2) Make sure that your HDHomeRun (2011, Dual) unit is selected in the EyeTV Setup Assistant, from the Help menu.

3) Make sure that one or both tuners are available for use, by checking other  clients on your network. If both tuners are in use, then HDHomeRun can't be used by another Mac or PC.

4) Unplug and replug the power to the HDHomeRun (2011, Dual). It will take about 30 seconds to reboot.
