After move to DVB-S2, update EyeTV to receive BBC One HD and BBC HD
Solution Recently, a few BBC channels have changed the way they are broadcasted over satellite.

BBC One HD and BBC HD have changed from DVB-S to DVB-S2.

Here are some steps you can take to receive those channels.

Update EyeTV and then Auto Tune again

EyeTV 3.5.2 build 6639 is ready for BBC customers.

While EyeTV software is running, please open this link using a web browser:

eyetv://checkforupdates?build=6639

That will start the download of EyeTV 3.5.2 build 6639.

The Satellite XML has been updated for BBC DVB-S2.

You will need to Auto Tune again to find BBC HD and BBC One HD.

1) Open the EyeTV Programs window.
2) Visit the Channels section, and select your Service at the bottom of the window.
3) Press the Auto Tune button to scan for channels. This will let you acquire the correct channel list.

Manually Add Missing Channels

You can try to re-add these channels.

1) Go to the Channels section of the EyeTV Programs window.

2) Highlight any channel in the list.

3) At the top, there is the Action menu, which looks like a gear/cog/wheel.

4) Select Manually Add Channel… from the Action menu.

5) Enter these options to find the missing channels:

10847 V 23000 8/9 DVB-S-2 QPSK

The channels should be found, and added to your Channels list.
