 April 20, 2012: tvtv downloads temporarily offering less data for some customers
Solution On April 20, 2012, a few EyeTV customers noticed that their tvtv powered Program Guide was not offering the same amount of data as before.

tvtv is the Program Guide service used in Europe; services in other regions are not affected.


Specifics Of The Problem


Some of the symptoms include:

• Fewer days of data offered in the download from tvtv
• The Program Guide does not offer color-coded data, and instead is colored only grey
• Many programs have fewer details than expected


Solution For The Problem


As of April 24, 2012, this problem seems to have been resolved by tvtv, at least from the customers that have contacted us so far.
