Solution Yes, Elgato Game Capture HD software can work with EyeTV 3.5.5 and above.


Existing EyeTV 3 Users


If you already own EyeTV 3, and have a full EyeTV 3 activation key, then EyeTV 3.5.5 will support Elgato Game Capture HD. 

Elgato Game Capture HD will automatically appear in the long list of supported hardware.
Elgato Game Capture HD Users Who Don't Own EyeTV 3 Yet


If you own Elgato Game Capture HD, but have never owned EyeTV 3 before, then please contact Elgato Support for a special key.

We will be able to give Elgato Game Capture HD users special access to EyeTV 3.5.5.  That activation key will only work with Elgato Game Capture HD ,  and not any other EyeTV-compatible hardware.
