Elgato only supports the Elgato Tivizen hardware.
That is a special hardware and software bundle, sold by Elgato.
Other Tivizen hardware units, from manufacturers like Valups and iCube, are not identical to Elgato Tivizen, and are not supported by Elgato in any way.
Elgato Tivizen and iOS
Elgato Tivizen only works with the Tivizen iOS app from Elgato.
If the iOS app does not have this exact logo - white text on a dark grey background - then it will not work with Elgato Tivizen.
Elgato Tivizen does not work with any other apps, from other manufacturers.
Elgato Tivizen and Android
Elgato Tivizen does work with some version of Android. It does work with an Android app from Elgato.
