 I got an email saying my order was fulfilled (North America)
Solution Order status updates for all hardware orders are provided via a series of automated emails. The Order Confirmation email does just that - it confirms that your order has been placed into our system. The second email, saying that your order has been "fulfilled", only serves to confirm that your order has been reviewed and approved and is being prepared for shipment. This is NOT shipment confirmation.

Tracking numbers are automatically provided for all items shipped from our warehouse, except those shipped by the United States Postal Service. Tracking numbers are not available for items sent by mail.

Please be patient - it may take up to a day for our warehouse to fulfill your order, and these tracking numbers are not sent until the close of business, PST.
