 EyeHome can't play MP3 audio or video from the iTunes Music Store
Solution EyeHome supports many different video formats, including MPEG-4. However, it does not support H.264. That is one reason that EyeHome can't play video content downloaded from the iTunes Music Store.

Furthermore, iTunes Music Store content is protected by the FairPlay DRM system. EyeHome does not have permission from Apple to play such files. In fact, only Apple products can play those files at this time.
