Apple released iOS 5.1 on March 7, 2012.

That update did not work perfectly with Elgato iOS apps, when used on an iPad.

The iPad version of the interface did not include the left hand categories bar. For example, the Live TV or Recordings options did not appear on the left side of the iPad display.

This meant that our iOS applications didn't operate as expected, after the update to iOS 5.1:

• It wasn't possible to navigate through the apps normally
• It was likely for users to get stuck in a certain section

Our apps needed to be updated to work properly with iOS 5.1.

UPDATE: March 19, 2012

All of our iOS apps have been updated for use with iOS 5.1, and submitted to Apple.

The following apps have been approved by Apple, and are available via the iOS App Store:

EyeTV Netstream 1.1.1
Tivizen 1.5.1
EyeTV Mobile 1.1.3
HDHomeRun 1.0.2

We thank you for your patience.

EyeTV Mobile uses the iPad 2 battery for most of its power needs.

It also has a small, internal battery as well.

If EyeTV Mobile's internal battery
does become fully drained, then connect EyeTV Mobile to a computer or USB power adapter to
    recharge it.

One example of a USB power adapter is what Apple provides to charge
an iPod or iPhone via a power outlet. That
will also work with EyeTV Mobile, as will other USB power adapters.

If you want to watch TV right now, but the EyeTV Mobile (US, Dyle™) battery is fully drained, then connect EyeTV Mobile (US, Dyle™) to a computer or USB power adapter.

One example of an USB power adapter is what Apple provides to charge an iPod or iPhone via a power outlet. That will also work with EyeTV Mobile (US, Dyle™).

It'll come back to life after five minutes, so you can plug it into your iPad and start watching TV even without a power source for EyeTV Mobile (US, Dyle™).

Make sure you fully recharge EyeTV Mobile (US, Dyle™) later, when you don't need it.
